Civica is seeking an IT Hardware Engineer to join our End User Services team in Leeds. You’ll manage the lifecycle of laptops, desktops and peripherals, from pre-provisioning to redeployment, ensuring devices are deployed efficiently using Intune and Autopilot.
The role emphasizes practical IT knowledge, strong communication, and ownership. Based in our Leeds office five days a week, you’ll support colleagues with hardware, stock, and onboarding, contributing to service improvements.
