We're looking for an
Implementation Consultant - Revenues & Benefits to join our Customer team.
You'll work with local authority customers to successfully implement and optimise Civica's Revenues & Benefits solutions, ensuring they gain maximum value from their investment and achieve successful business outcomes.
- What you'll be doing
- Leading the implementation of Civica Revenues & Benefits solutions for local authority customers
- Running discovery workshops to understand customer processes, requirements and objectives
- Configuring software solutions to meet customer needs and best practice standards
- Delivering training, demonstrations and knowledge transfer sessions to end users
- Supporting data migration, testing and go-live activities
- Providing expert guidance on Revenues & Benefits processes and system capabilities
- Managing implementation risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
- Building strong relationships with customer stakeholders
- Working closely with Project Managers, Customer Success Managers, Product teams and Support teams to deliver successful outcomes
Requirements
- Experience implementing or supporting Revenues & Benefits software solutions
- Knowledge of local government Revenues & Benefits processes, including Council Tax, Business Rates and/or Housing Benefits
- Experience working in a consultancy, implementation or customer-facing role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience delivering workshops, training or user engagement activities
- A collaborative approach with a focus on customer success
