As a Project Manager within our Occupational Health product area, youâll play a vital role in delivering endâtoâend software and hardware implementation projects for customers across the public and private sectors. Youâll be the driving force behind projects, managing timelines, budgets, communications, and customer engagement from kickâoff to successful goâlive. With our typical implementation cycle lasting around six months, youâll enjoy a fastâpaced, dynamic role where strong soft skills and stakeholder management are just as important as technical understanding.

Requirements- Experience managing software implementation projects (SaaS experience highly beneficial)
- Ability to communicate clearly, run meetings confidently, and build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track in a fastâpaced environment
- Capable of producing accurate forecasts, status reports, and project documentation
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of a varied workload
- Background in software or hardware implementations is desirable but not mandatory
- Own and manage endâtoâend Occupational Health implementation projects across cloud (SaaS) and associated hardware solutions; using MS Projects to meet and maintain customer expectations
- Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and customer communications
- Run project meetings, present effectively to stakeholders, and ensure clear, confident communication throughout delivery
- Collaborate with internal Product, Technical, and Development teams to ensure successful configuration and deployment
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, adapting plans as needed to maintain momentum
- Build trusted relationships with customers across public and private sectors, supporting them through change
- Ensure projects stay on track and deliver to agreed scope, quality, and timelinesâtypically within a 6âmonth turnaround
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practice across the team
- Familiarity with cloud implementation environments (SaaS)
- Experience working across both public and private sector customers
- Strong soft skillsâcommunication, influence, problemâsolvingâare highly valued
- Ability to manage tight timelines while maintaining excellent customer experience
