As First Line Sales Manager, you’ll lead a dynamic sales team focused on selling our icasework case management SaaS solutions into public & private sector organisations. You’ll be responsible for coaching your team, driving performance, and building trusted relationships with decision-makers.

You will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals targeting public sector customers
  • Drive pipeline generation and deal progression to exceed revenue targets
  • Support your team in navigating complex sales cycles and procurement frameworks
