Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the creation of interactive dashboards, reports, and data storytelling tools that provide real-time insights across the organization
  • Establish and enforce data visualisation best practices, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and user engagement across all data communications
  • Modernise data presentation to executives, the board, and stakeholders through interactive, high-impact dashboards that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency
  • Create a comprehensive data storytelling framework that enhances user understanding and engagement with analytics across internal and external audiences
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams to translate complex insights into digestible, visually compelling narratives
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate visualisation capabilities into our SaaS products, directly enhancing customer experience for public sector clients
  • Work closely with the Data Analytics team on product reporting, ensuring our solutions provide maximum value to government and public service organizations
  • Develop high-impact data presentations, reports, and interactive content for C-suite executives, board members, and key stakeholders
  • Train teams on effective storytelling techniques, establishing best practices for data communication company-wide
  • Champion a data-driven culture by ensuring teams have the tools and knowledge to interpret and communicate insights effectively
  • Expertise in data visualisation, content design, and storytelling techniques with the ability to simplify complex insights into compelling formats
  • Proven experience modernising legacy reporting systems and transitioning to real-time, interactive analytics
  • Strong track record working with executive teams, C-suite, board members, and investors to drive insights adoption and business impact
  • Deep knowledge of product analytics, user behaviour tracking, customer journey visualisation, customer segmentation, churn analysis, and retention metrics
  • Experience collaborating with product, design and engineering teams to embed data visualisation in SaaS products
  • Understanding of AI-driven analytics, predictive visualisations, and machine learning insights integration
  • Expertise in defining KPIs, financial reporting, revenue forecasting, and market trend analysis aligned with company OKRs
  • Experience automating reporting and analytics to ensure efficiency and scalability in SaaS business models
  • Ability to balance data storytelling for internal leadership with product analytics for external users
