- Backlog Management: Own the product backlog; translate complex technical needs into actionable user stories for engineering teams.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between platform engineering and internal business units to gather feedback and drive adoption.
- Success Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs for platform performance, reliability, and internal developer NPS.
Requirements:
- Strong product management experience, working in a modern software or product‑led organisation.
- Proven track record in Product or Technical Program Management within infrastructure, cloud, or platform domains.
- Deep understanding of Cloud (Azure/AWS), DevOps cultures, and the principles of Developer Experience (DevEx).
- Mastery of Backlog management and Agile methodologies.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
