This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role where you will support organisations in implementing and optimising workforce management solutions. You’ll work closely with customers to configure and deploy Civica Time and Attendance software, helping them improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational performance. You’ll be involved across the full implementation lifecycle—from understanding current processes to designing improved workflows and delivering system configuration and training. The role offers a strong mix of problem‑solving, customer interaction, and technical delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into practical system solutions. If you enjoy working directly with customers, managing complex requirements, and delivering tangible improvements through technology, this role provides the opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement Civica Time and Attendance and Timesheet software aligned to customer requirements
  • Deliver implementation activities in line with agreed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Analyse existing customer processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Civica solutions
  • Redesign workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness of workforce management practices
  • Provide expert guidance on system configuration, processes, hardware, and policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in real time, both remotely and on‑site
  • Build and manage strong customer relationships, particularly in complex or high‑risk environments
  • Deliver clear communication to stakeholders at all levels, both written and verbal
  • Produce accurate and concise documentation to support implementations and customer outcomes
  • Support customer training and adoption of implemented solutions

Qualifications

  • Strong experience working with Workforce Management systems, including hardware
  • Proven track record in implementing time management, scheduling, and attendance solutions
  • Good understanding of business processes, systems, and technology within workforce management
  • Ability to analyse, design, and improve operational processes
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and client commitments
  • High attention to detail with clear and structured documentation skills
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused approach
