We are looking for two Credit Controllers to join the team; one for a permanent role and another for a 12 Month fixed-term role!
Responsibilities
- Drive cash collections by actively pursuing overdue invoices in line with established KPIs
- Ensure customer payments are received within agreed terms to support strong cash flow
- Manage debt-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Monitor customer accounts, identify risks, and escalate issues where appropriate
- Maintain accurate collection records, update status codes, and adjust invoice forecast dates
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare and issue monthly customer account statements and process customer credit card transactions securely
- Support business transformation initiatives and wider efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate positive outcomes
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to reconcile customer accounts
- Ability to prioritise a high-volume workload and resolve problems effectively
- Confident using finance systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Target-driven mindset with good analytical skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and build productive relationships across the business
