Overview
In this role you will support the Payments team with essential administrative tasks and prepaid payments processing. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries, help manage payments and documentation, and keep administrative processes running smoothly. Youβll work closely with a busy team in a hybrid Amersham office, contributing to efficient customer service and timely handling of payments. You will help maintain records, route enquiries, and support daily operations, enabling the team to deliver reliable public sector services. This is a collaborative opportunity to develop in a role that underpins critical financial workflows in a GovTech environment.

Responsibilities
- Managing and distributing inbound post
- Monitoring and responding to the company information mailbox
- Taking card payments securely over the telephone
- Assisting with customer and patient enquiries
- Supporting daily operational activities, including Embassy and ICON processes
- Contacting self-pay patients regarding outstanding balances
- Scanning, filing, shredding, and maintaining documentation
- Providing general administrative and office support
- Routing calls and enquiries to appropriate account managers and colleagues
Key requirements
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
