As a First Line Sales Manager for Local Government, you will lead a sales team focused on selling SaaS into the Local Government sector. You will be responsible for coaching your team, driving performance, and building trusted relationships with both private and public sector decision‑makers.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals targeting Local Government sector customers.
- Drive pipeline generation and deal progression to exceed revenue targets.
- Support your team in navigating complex sales cycles and public sector procurement frameworks.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging and campaigns for the education market.
- Conduct regular 1:1 reviews, pipeline reviews, and performance check‑ins to set the team up for success.
