Why You’ll Love This Opportunity as Sales Leader at Civica As the Sales Leader for cloud-based Health & Care solutions, you will coach and lead a team of Account Managers. We\’re looking for a Sales leader who inspires and coaches the team to exceed high standards, challenging them to grow their network, pipeline, and sales. Your team\’s success is your success. What you will do to be successful in this role – Sales Director Maximise customer value – Understand customers and foster a partnership to solve their problems, using our solutions and products to maximise value to the customer and to Civica. Challenges thinking – Use deep market insight and fresh thinking to challenge customers to think differently and to take action. Acts with integrity – Approach sales challenges in the ‘right way’, be fair, honest, and always take responsibility. Driven to win – Be ambitious and action-oriented. Be resilient, tenacious, positive, and determined. Always improving – Constantly seek and act on feedback, learning and coaching to improve personal performance and results. Owns their target – Take full ownership for achieving personal/team target. Be planned, rigorous, and agile, shape the task and make it happen. Experience of leading and coaching a sales team.
