As a Project Manager within our Occupational Health product area, you’ll play a vital role in delivering end-to-end software and hardware implementation projects for customers across the public and private sectors. You’ll be the driving force behind projects, managing timelines, budgets, communications, and customer engagement from kick-off to successful go-live. With our typical implementation cycle lasting around six months, you’ll enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic role where strong soft skills and stakeholder management are just as important as technical understanding. This is a fantastic opportunity if you thrive on ownership, enjoy solving problems, and want to deliver projects that genuinely make a difference. You don’t need an Occupational Health background—just the confidence and capability to run with a programme and lead customers through change.
Experience:
- Managing software implementation projects (SaaS experience highly beneficial).
- Ability to communicate clearly, run meetings confidently, and build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to keep multiple workstreams on track in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of producing accurate forecasts, status reports, and project documentation.
- Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of a varied workload.
- Background in software or hardware implementations is desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end Occupational Health implementation projects across cloud (SaaS) and associated hardware solutions; using MS Projects to meet and maintain customer expectations.
- Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and customer communications.
- Run project meetings, present effectively to stakeholders, and ensure clear, confident communication throughout delivery.
- Collaborate with internal product, technical, and development teams to ensure successful configuration and deployment.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, adapting plans as needed to maintain momentum.
- Build trusted relationships with customers across public and private sectors, supporting them through change.
- Ensure projects stay on track and deliver to agreed scope, quality, and timelines—typically within a 6‑month turnaround.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights, lessons learned, and best practice across the team.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud implementation environments (SaaS).
- Experience working across both public and private sector customers.
- Strong soft skills—communication, influence, problem-solving—are highly valued.
- Ability to manage tight timelines while maintaining excellent customer experience.
