We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes, maintaining data integrity across our Salesforce environment and integrated systems whilst enabling our go-to-market (GTM) teams with actionable insights. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure our revenue engine runs smoothly and efficiently.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintain and enhance Salesforce data quality across Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Forecasting fields.
  • Ensure Civica is accurately reflecting pipeline health, forecast submissions, and deal progression.
  • Partner with GTM teams to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies between systems.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance tracking.
  • Analyse sales trends, conversion rates, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the design and implementation of scalable sales processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and enforce data hygiene standards across CRM and forecasting tools.
  • Conduct regular audits and implement proactive measures to improve data completeness and accuracy.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to align on KPIs, reporting needs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and compensation modelling as needed.

  • Experience in improving sales processes and leading operational initiatives.
  • Ability to think critically, evaluate scenarios, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with CPQ, lead routing, or territory management.
  • Familiarity with forecasting methodologies and pipeline management best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
