We're looking for a motivated and collaborative Sales Enablement Specialist to support our growing sales organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to help shape how our teams sell, learn, and succeed. You'll be part of a supportive, highâenergy team where you'll gain handsâon experience, learn from senior leaders, and play a meaningful role in shaping how our sales organisation operates and grows.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of key enablement programmes in partnership with Executive and Sales Leaders including initiatives that drive crossâsell performance and pipeline generation.
- Work closely with teams across the business (Sales, Product Marketing, Sales Strategy, People, and more) to help create sales content, tools, training materials, and onboarding resources.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally to build highâquality enablement content, engaging onboarding experiences, and training sessions that help our sales teams perform at their best.
- Contribute to the development and rollout of a scalable Sales Enablement strategy that supports our goâtoâmarket transformation across all verticals, ensuring consistency and commercial alignment.
- A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and managing several tasks at once in a fastâmoving environment.
- A desire to learn, grow, and build a longâterm career in Sales Enablement.
- Practical experience supporting sales or commercial teams for example, creating content, coordinating campaigns, preparing sales materials, or assisting with sales enablement activities - highly desirable.
