This role has the flexibility to work 2 days from home and 3 days a week in our London office (Clarindon Road). We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to join our specialist team at Civica Election Services in North London.
As a Project Coordinator within our Client Advisory Department, you’ll support the planning and delivery of electoral projects across a range of sectors - including membership, corporate, health and community organisations. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Consultants to coordinate logistics, liaise with clients, and ensure our projects are executed to the highest standard.
This is an ideal opportunity if you’re starting out or looking to grow in project management or the elections field. You’ll be supported from day one and trained to progress from coordinating project tasks to managing your own portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the delivery of multiple electoral projects from planning through to execution
- Draft project specifications, timelines and documentation in line with client requirements and internal processes
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. production, design, digital) to align schedules, allocate resources, and meet milestones
- Perform quality checks, attend client meetings, and maintain accurate records throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with election law and Civica’s procedures around quality, data security, and business continuity
- Be an excellent communicator – confident in both written and verbal communication, and able to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Have strong organisation and time management skills – capable of managing multiple projects or tasks at different stages
- Bring curiosity and a willingness to learn – particularly in relation to election processes, governance and legislation
- Be detail-oriented with a proactive approach – ensuring accuracy and anticipating project needs or challenges
- Demonstrate a collaborative mindset – a team player who enjoys problem-solving and contributing to process improvements
- A strong interest in elections, governance, or public services
