This is a customer-focused, high-impact role where you will support Education and Local Government clients in implementing and optimising Civica’s HRP software. You’ll work closely with customers to improve their HR processes, increase efficiency, and deliver better day-to-day outcomes through effective use of technology. You’ll be involved across the full delivery lifecycle—analysing current processes, designing improved solutions, and providing hands-on implementation, training, and support. The role offers a strong mix of consultancy, problem-solving, and client engagement, with opportunities to influence both customer success and product development through feedback and insight.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver HR software implementation, consultancy, and training services to customers
- Analyse existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation
- Design and implement solutions using Civica HRP software
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including escalated support tickets
- Provide clear, practical solutions to improve customer operations and efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Education and Local Government
- Deliver work in line with agreed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Produce clear and accurate documentation to support knowledge sharing and customer success
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer outcomes
- Provide feedback to product teams to support continuous improvement and development
- Experience in HR consulting, HR advisory, or HR software implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems
- Ability to analyse, design, and improve business processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues in real time
- Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and customer expectations effectively
- Proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset
- High attention to detail with strong documentation skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Experience working within Education or Local Government environments
- CIPD Level 5 (or above) or equivalent qualification
