Our Go‐To‐Market (GTM) Analytics team plays a critical role in enabling data‐driven decision‐making across our organisation. As Civica continues to scale, the need for actionable insights and data‐driven strategies has never been greater.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the GTM Analytics team. In this role, you will act as the key Analytics business partner for the Sales and Sales organisations, driving decision‐making by owning key dashboards, delivering ad‐hoc analysis, and providing insights that directly impact sales effectiveness and growth strategies. This role will be instrumental in helping the Sales & Sales Enablement teams harness data to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions.
What you will do
Serve as a primary point of contact for all data insights within the Sales & Sales Enablement organisations, working closely with Sales Leaders, analytics, and operations teams to drive alignment, inform strategy, and deliver impactful insights.
Define, monitor, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success, while providing ad‐hoc, actionable insights based on a deep understanding of both data and the Sales & Sales Enablement environments.
Continuously enhance and optimise dashboards and data sources, improving speed, accuracy, and accessibility to ensure data‐driven decisions are made quickly and effectively across the organizations.
Partner with IT to ensure a robust data infrastructure that maintains the highest standards of data quality, accessibility, and reliability for generating actionable insights.
Collaborate with Finance and Sales to maintain consistency in data definitions and calculations, ensuring cohesive reporting and decision‐making across departments.
Represent the \’Data\’ function in cross‐functional initiatives, ensuring data‐driven insights support new projects and that the data infrastructure is equipped for evolving needs.
Ability to confidently present complex analysis and models to senior and executive stakeholders, distilling technical findings into clear and actionable insights.
Passion for all things data, with advanced proficiency in tools such as spreadsheets, SQL databases, and Tableau, and a track record of turning large datasets into concise, actionable summaries.
Strong understanding of building scalable visualisations and models in a fast‐growing organization, ensuring insights are easily accessible and adaptable to evolving needs.
