The Benefits and Reward Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing Civica’s benefits and reward programs, ensuring they are competitive, compliant, and effectively support the company’s goals. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical professional with deep expertise in benefits and reward operations, strong communication skills, and a passion for enhancing employee experience.
- Benefits Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of all employee benefits programs.
- Claims Management: Manage employee claims through the process, liaising with vendors regarding PHI, Critical Illness, and Life Assurance claims.
- Reward Programs: Administer and optimize reward and recognition programs, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives and effectively motivate and engage employees.
- Job Architecture: Lead the rollout of the job architecture including mapping, leveling, and educating the business.
- Compliance: Ensure all benefits and reward programs comply with relevant laws and regulations. Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external benefits providers and vendors to manage contracts including renewals, resolve issues, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to employees.
- Employee Communication: Develop and deliver clear, concise, and engaging communications about benefits and reward programs to employees. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding their benefits and reward options.
- Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of benefits and reward program participation and costs. Analyze data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of benefits and reward operations.
- Annual Enrollment: Coordinate and manage the annual benefits enrollment process, including developing communication materials, conducting informational sessions, and assisting employees with their selections.
- Benchmarking: Conduct regular benchmarking studies to ensure Civica’s benefits and reward programs remain competitive within the industry.
- Support HR Initiatives: Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives, providing expertise and support related to benefits and rewards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in benefits and reward administration or a related HR role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in benefits (e.g., CEBS) are a plus.
