Requirements
This role is specifically focused on Business Development Admin and CRM Admin, so previous experience and a good understanding of BD and CRM services is essential. The successful candidate will be confident working in a fast paced environment, producing accurate data and records, and communicating across teams. Key elements of the role include:
- Business Development Admin
- Schedule Business Development (BD) & Communications meetings for all regions, take minutes for meetings, share actions and keep action tracker.
- Research and manage calendar of upcoming BD events across studios, share updates and sort bookings.
- Help with admin around large BD events such as MIPIM / UKREiiF.
- Assist Growth and Opportunity (GO) Team with recording and reporting on BD activity.
- Support with recurring communications admin tasks, e.g logging Google analytics website stats.
- Collaborate with relevant operations team colleagues to update Bidding FAQs.
- Assist bid team with bid close out process and updates to the knowledge library e.g. CVs, project sheets, example answers.
- CRM Admin
- Responsible for managing the CRM system on a daily basis ensuring seamless operation and data integrity.
- System administration: Update BD activity around target clients, sectors, contact records and activity, new potential projects (pps) and projects won. Take ownership of ensuring these records are kept up to date within the CRM system.
- System guidance: Assist with the delivery of training for CRM users and support users across Civic (admin to Directors) with guidance on how to update current and prospective relationships using the CRM.
- Segmentation: Update the system to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to client segments across Civic.
- Campaign creation: Develop workflows for events and e-newsletters.
- Events admin: Produce and manage lists, update the system after events, report on campaigns, update data and clean data.
- Reporting: Work with Data Analyst to develop monthly reporting to evidence activity being undertaken against target clients and movement of clients along the BD journey.
