We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Positive Futures Team within a Local Authority in Swindon. You will manage a varied caseload, perform assessments, develop plans and implement interventions in line with statutory responsibilities and best practice standards.
You will work closely with children, families, carers and partner agencies to safeguard, reduce risk and promote sustainable positive outcomes. Hybrid working with office presence required.
