6-month contract role with a local authority designed to provide high-quality administrative and customer service support within the Health Business Centre. The position serves as a central point of contact for children, young people, families, and partner agencies. It plays a crucial role in coordinating Health Visiting, School Nursing, and Children’s Centre services, ensuring efficient service delivery and accurate data management.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact, responding to telephone, email, and written inquiries.
- Provide information, advice, and signposting to appropriate services.
- Perform a range of administrative duties to support service teams.
- Maintain accurate records and input data in line with organizational standards.
- Prepare reports, data summaries, and service information as required.
- Utilize IT systems, databases, and digital tools effectively.
- Support performance monitoring and service delivery targets.
- Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and partners.
- Assist in developing and improving administrative systems and processes.
