You will manage the delivery of Education, Health and Care assessments and plans for children and young people aged 0-25, acting as the central contact for families while ensuring deadlines and a child‑centred approach.
You will coordinate multi‑agency input, draft high‑quality EHCPs, maintain records, lead meetings, and support SENDIST Tribunal work.
