You will provide professional legal advice to Council officers and Members across planning matters, both contentious and non-contentious, and advise on planning enforcement, building regulation enforcement, and related agreements.
You will represent the Council in courts, draft and negotiate contracts and tenancy documents, support governance, and mentor junior staff.
