Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Centre Manager for a residential care setting in Kent.

You will lead a team of Residential Support Workers and act as a corporate parent to unaccompanied asylum-seeking children, ensuring their safety, welfare and transition to permanent accommodation.

You will supervise staff on shift, complete supervisions and development plans, and manage day-to-day operations in line with Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements.
