To carry out high-quality painting and decorating works across void and tenanted properties, ensuring properties are prepared and presented to a high standard. The role will involve completing a range of decorating tasks, including painting, wallpapering, and general finishing works, while maintaining excellent workmanship and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete painting and decorating works within void properties to a high standard.
- Carry out wallpapering and papering tasks when required.
- Undertake occasional decorating works within tenanted properties.
- Prepare surfaces, including filling, sanding, and ensuring areas are ready for decoration.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment throughout all projects.
- Report any issues, additional requirements, or property concerns promptly.
- Use company-provided vehicle responsibly for work-related activities only.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a Decorator/Painter and Decorator.
- Strong practical skills in painting, decorating, and wallpapering.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
- Experience working within residential properties is desirable.
- Professional and respectful approach when working in both empty and occupied homes.
- Full UK driving licence required.

- Location: Redditch, B98 7SN
- Hours per week: Monday β Friday, 8:00am β 4:00pm (40 hours per week)
- Bi-Weekly Payments: Payments made every two weeks
