Responsibilities
- Lead the development, management, and delivery of capital investment programs.
- Manage Section 106 projects from feasibility through to completion.
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate and manage internal teams and external contractors.
- Support procurement processes and ensure contractor performance meets expected standards.
- Monitor project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and value for money.
- Contribute to financial planning and reporting in collaboration with internal teams.
Essential Experience Required
- Experience managing and delivering capital or community-based projects.
- Experience working within a local authority or similar public/community sector environment.
