Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and deliver laundry to and from residents' homes across Milton Keynes.
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and professional service to all residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of collections, deliveries, and vehicle usage.
  • Carry out routine vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is kept clean, safe, and roadworthy.
  • Report vehicle defects, maintenance issues, or accidents promptly.
  • Adhere to all Health & Safety, safeguarding, and Council policies and procedures.
  • Act as a positive ambassador for Milton Keynes City Council at all times.

Experience:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working independently and managing own workload.
  • Experience maintaining basic records and documentation.
  • Driving experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Good standard of literacy and numeracy.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
