You will manage a varied caseload, support Licensing Committees and Sub-Committees, and represent the Council in relevant proceedings.
You must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or CILEX, with demonstrated experience in licensing law and advocacy before committees, tribunals, or courts.
Evening hearings may be required.
