Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a capable candidate for a 3-month contract with a local authority to provide specialist leasehold and home ownership management services, including the accurate calculation, notification, billing and recovery of service charges, major works charges, shared ownership rent and ground rent.
You will undertake Section 20 consultations under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, offering expert advice to leaseholders, shared owners and housing colleagues to support.
