- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Learning & Organisational Development Practitioner to join our Talent and Development team on a full-time interim basis.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver leadership and management development programmes aligned with organisational priorities.
- Facilitate core management development interventions, including priority training programmes.
- Support the delivery of corporate induction and broader employee development activities.
- Contribute to organisational development initiatives that support culture, values, and transformation.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and design or commission solutions to meet service requirements.
- Deliver and support coaching activities as part of the organisation's internal coaching offer.
- Collaborate across services to support workforce development and engagement initiatives.
- Evaluate impact and continuously improve learning and organisational development provision.
Requirements
Experience : Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership, management, and organisational development interventions.
Qualifications : A qualified coach or working towards a coaching qualification is desirable.
