Vision Products is seeking an Interim Manager to oversee our Technology and Servicing department, which specializes in the supply, installation, and maintenance of community equipment such as chairs, bath lifts, hoists, and beds. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our department during a period of long-term sickness. The Interim Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse team, including Admin, Engineering, and Assistive Technology staff, as well as overseeing vehicle and stock management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the activities of the Admin, Engineering, and Assistive Technology teams.
- Oversee vehicle and stock management to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety principles.
- Facilitate effective communication within the department.
- Meet deadlines and manage time effectively to maintain department productivity.
