Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in feasibility studies, options appraisals, and business case development for regeneration projects.
- Prepare and present development appraisals and viability assessments to aid decision-making processes.
- Identify and advance regeneration schemes to maximize the value of Council-owned assets.
- Support the planning and execution of a pipeline of projects aligned with Council objectives.
- Conduct site investigations, condition surveys, and due diligence activities.
- Assist in preparing funding applications, grant submissions, and business cases with thorough financial and viability analysis.
- Ensure that sustainability, equality, and social value principles are integrated into all projects and recommendations.
