The primary purpose of the role is to lead and supervise the inspection team responsible for property inspections under housing licensing schemes. The role is crucial in ensuring high-quality inspections across the private rented sector, promoting compliance with housing standards and licensing conditions, and supporting improvements in property conditions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of inspection officers.
