Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule routine vehicle maintenance, ensuring all MOTs, servicing, and repairs are completed on time.
- Ensure fleet compliance with all relevant transport legislation and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for vehicle usage, driver documentation, and compliance paperwork.
- Act as a key point of contact for drivers, providing administrative support for daily operations.
- Monitor and report on fleet-related costs, including fuel, maintenance, insurance, and repairs.
- Produce regular fleet trackers and driver performance reports for management review.
- Liaise with vehicle providers, maintenance contractors, and suppliers to obtain quotations and manage service delivery.
