  • Summary
  • The Interim Curriculum & Quality Manager will provide strategic leadership for curriculum development, quality assurance, safeguarding, and performance improvement across Haringey Learns.

The postholder will lead the design and delivery of a high-quality, inclusive adult learning provision that responds to local community needs, labor market demands, and funding requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of an innovative and inclusive curriculum offer.
  • Ensure curriculum provision aligns with local skills priorities, community needs, employer demand, and funding requirements.
  • Develop programs that improve learner participation, progression, employability, and achievement.
  • Regularly review curriculum performance and implement improvements to maximize learner outcomes.
  • Ensure curriculum planning supports equality, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.

Requirements

Essential Experience Required

  • Significant experience in curriculum leadership within Adult Education, Further Education, Community Learning, or Skills sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading quality assurance and quality improvement programs.

Essential Qualifications Required

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, Diploma in Education and Training, or equivalent).
  • Relevant management or leadership qualification, or substantial leadership experience.
  • Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training or willingness to obtain.
  • Additional Information
  • Working hours: 36 hours per week.
  • DBS Required.
  • Location: 187-197A High Road, London, Greater London, N22 6XD, United Kingdom.
  • Candidates must be ready to start immediately, with no more than 4 weeks' notice.
  • We operate on a bi-weekly schedule.
