Job Purpose: This role is primarily focused on data cleansing, data quality improvement, and spreadsheet management, ensuring housing and asset data is accurate, consistent, and fit for purpose. Responsibilities:

  • Clean, validate, and standardize large housing datasets to improve accuracy and usability.
  • Identify and correct duplicates, inconsistencies, and missing data across systems.
  • Maintain structured and well‑organized datasets for operational use.
  • Work extensively with Excel and spreadsheets to manage and manipulate large volumes of data.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of basic reports and data trackers.
  • Ensure data is updated regularly and aligned across systems.

Essential Experience Required:

  • Experience working with data in Excel (formulas, sorting, filtering, data cleaning).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Ability to organize and manage data effectively.

Essential Qualifications Required:

  • Degree (or working towards) in Data, Business Analytics, IT, Mathematics, or a related field. Equivalent experience or relevant training will also be considered.

Additional Information:

  • Working hours: 36 hours per week
  • Work pattern: 2 days remote, 3 days in the office
  • We work on a bi-weekly schedule.
