Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Development Officer for a 3-month contract with a local authority in Carmarthen. You will help design, deliver and evaluate targeted health and wellbeing initiatives to improve physical, mental and social wellbeing, supporting individuals to manage health and access employment opportunities.
You will work with diverse participants, provide one-to-one and group support, and travel across the county to meet service needs.
