Job Purpose: Support the delivery of digital projects and service improvements within 24/7 Services, ensuring successful implementation of systems, processes, and performance improvements that meet service and Council objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and delivery of digital and service improvement projects.
- Work with stakeholders to implement change and improve services.
- Analyse performance data and produce reports.
- Identify trends and recommend service improvements.
- Support business planning, process improvement, and performance management activities.
- Communicate project updates and proposed changes to stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience supporting projects, change programmes, or service improvement initiatives.
- Experience analysing data and producing reports.
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience identifying and implementing service improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Location: County Hall, Cardiff
- Casual Car User Allowance
- Occasional out-of-hours working may be required.
- We operate on a bi-weekly payment schedule.
