Summary
- We are seeking a competent and versatile Carpenter to carry out a wide range of joinery and repair works to a high standard. You will repair timber and UPVC windows/doors, submit accurate joinery request orders, and complete associated multi-trade tasks across occupied and unoccupied properties.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain all aspects of timber doors, frames, and windows, including UPVC windows and doors.
- Measure and provide detailed joinery submission orders to ensure replacement joinery is made correctly.
- Carry out associated multi-trade tasks including basic plumbing, tiling, and minor making-good works.
- Ensure all work is completed to an acceptable and professional standard.
- Work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail across occupied and unoccupied properties.
Experience
- Proven experience in carpentry and joinery.
- Ability to confidently diagnose issues and carry out effective repairs.
Qualifications
- Strong measuring, problem-solving, and finishing skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Additional Information
- Working hours: 36 hours per week.
- Full Driving licence required.
- We work on biweekly payment schedule.
- This is an onsite role based in Camden.
