We are seeking an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our team in a residential and nursing care environment. This role involves working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional nursing care, monitor residents' health, and support care planning. Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans.
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate residents' physical and emotional wellbeing.
- Administer and manage medication safely and accurately.
- Develop, review, and update care plans and risk assessments.
- Monitor changes in residents' conditions and escalate concerns appropriately.
