What You’ll Do
- Hold CQC Registered Manager status (or be prepared to achieve it)
- Lead daily branch operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective service delivery
- Drive compliance across all regulatory and quality standards
- Monitor branch performance against weekly and monthly KPIs
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation
