An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a high-quality Children's Residential Home with a provider committed to delivering exceptional care and achieving outstanding outcomes for young people. The Role
- Lead the day-to-day management of an Ofsted-regulated Children's Residential Home.
- Drive a positive, child-centred culture focused on achieving outstanding outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Lead, motivate and develop a dedicated residential care team.
- Champion safeguarding and promote the highest standards of care.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
- Maintain inspection readiness and drive continuous quality improvement.
- Manage staffing, budgets and operational performance.
About You
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up.
- Eligibility to register with Ofsted.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards).
- Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- A proven commitment to safeguarding and improving outcomes for children.
