Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Field Care Supervisor for their care services based in the Reading area. Our client is an established care provider who delivers quality, professional, person centred services to clients in the community. We are looking for someone with extensive experience of working in a supervisor role in a care service. Your duties will include: * Managing the Service Users, their needs and ongoing assessments and reviews * Accurately logging all relevant client and carer information on the electronic system * Undertake internal audits to improve service quality * Managing and leading the team of Care Workers * Support the teams in the preparation for regulatory inspections * Allocating and processing referrals for new work * Care planning and risk assessing * Processing changes and amendments to existing care packages * Working with other members of the team to ensure high quality service provision * Assessments of new referrals * Talking to the clients on a regular basis about their care * Participating in the on-call rota For this role you will need to have a minimum of 2 years full experience in a management/supervisory position within a CQC care setting, with a thorough understanding of compliance procedures, adhering to CQC regulations. Ideally holding, or working towards NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care and having your own transport, holding a full driving licence. PLEASE NOTE – This role does not offer sponsorship!
