We are looking for a confident and proactive Employee Relations Advisor to join a leading organisation that supports children and young people across a nationwide network of care and education settings. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a variety of employee relations cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and appeals
- Coaching and advising line managers to apply HR policies effectively
- Supporting with short-term absence management, probation reviews, and flexible working requests
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed in line with employment law
- Supporting the development of HR toolkits, templates, and policy updates
- Using Sage People to maintain employee records and produce reports
- Analysing HR data to identify trends and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR experience in a fast-paced, multi-site organisation
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations procedures
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Confidence working with HR systems (experience with Sage People is a bonus!)
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is desirable
- Driving licence and access to a vehicle required
