Cityworx are recruiting on behalf of a dedicated domiciliary care company operating throughout the Hertfordshire area. They are currently looking for a reliable, caring, and committed female domiciliary carer to join their team. As a Domiciliary Carer, you will be providing high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain independence and dignity in a safe and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities * Deliver personal care and support to clients in their homes * Assist with mobility, medication, meal preparation, and companionship * Ensure the physical and emotional wellbeing of clients * Maintain accurate records of care provided * Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues * Drive between client appointments in a timely and safe manner Essential Requirements * Must be a driver with access to a reliable car * Must be female – This requirement is due to the personal care needs of some of our clients, and is in accordance with the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1 (Occupational Requirement). * Availability to work weekends as part of a regular rota * Good level of spoken and written English * Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently * Right to work in the UK Desirable Attributes * Previous experience in a care setting (domiciliary, residential, or hospital) * NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) * Warm, empathetic, and patient personality What We Offer * Competitive pay at £13.64 per hour * Ongoing training and career development opportunities * Supportive management team and positive working environment Please note – sponsorship is available for this role
