Cityworx is recruiting on behalf of an established domiciliary care provider seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager to take full responsibility for a stable and high performing service delivering approximately 2,500 hours of care per week.
This is a genuine opportunity to take over a stable business with secure local authority contracts, an established staff team, and supportive owners who are keen to expand into complex care with the right long-term individual in place.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service
- Maintaining full compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and CQC standards
- Ensuring the service remains inspection ready at all times
- Providing strong leadership and day-to-day management of care and office teams
- Creating a positive, accountable, and supportive working culture
- Overseeing person-centred care planning and regular reviews
- Ensuring high standards of quality, safeguarding, and risk management
- Leading audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement activity
- Managing safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety processes
- Building effective relationships with local authorities, commissioners, families, and professionals
- Supporting service growth and development, including expansion into complex care
- Contributing to marketing, business development, and pricing at agreed levels
- Monitoring performance against KPIs and service targets
- Participating in the out-of-hours on-call rota as required
To be considered, you will:
- Be an experienced Registered Manager with CQC registration history
- Have a background in domiciliary care and/or supported living
- Be confident managing an established service with high care hours
- Be commercially aware while remaining quality and values driven
