Cityworx are recruiting an experienced Project/ Regional Manager with a strong background in Extra Care for an exciting programme of growth and service mobilisation. Our client has successfully tendered for and won a number of Extra Care Schemes (ECS) and is now looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for bringing these developments together and ensuring they are successfully aligned and mobilised. We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about Extra Care and independent living and understands how high-quality services can support people to live independently, with dignity, choice and control. This role will suit a Project Manager who can bring together multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities and ensure that projects move forward effectively from planning through to implementation. The opportunity: * Lead the coordination and delivery of multiple Extra Care projects. * Work with key stakeholders to ensure schemes are aligned and ready for successful implementation. * Manage project timelines, priorities and deliverables. * Build effective relationships across operational and senior management teams. * Ensure projects remain focused on quality, outcomes and the principles of independent living. * Provide strong project leadership throughout the 12–18 month programme.
