Cityworx are partnering with a high quality and CQC rated Outstanding Live in Care provider. We are currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead the high-quality live-in care service supporting individuals with age-related conditions, neurological conditions, and spinal injuries. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable leader to take full operational responsibility for a specialist service delivering complex care in the community.
The role requires someone who combines strong regulatory knowledge, leadership capability, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care. We are particularly interested in candidates who have previous experience within live-in care, although applicants from complex domiciliary care or specialist community services will also be considered. A clinical background, particularly nursing, would be highly advantageous given the complexity of the care delivered. However, strong non-clinical leaders with the right operational and regulatory experience will also be considered.
As the Registered Manager you will be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and regulatory compliance of the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, responsive and person-centred care. You will work closely with senior leadership while leading a dedicated care team to ensure exceptional care outcomes, strong governance, and sustainable service growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the day-to-day management of a live-in domiciliary care service
- Maintaining full compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
- Managing safeguarding, incident management and continuous improvement processes
- Recruiting, developing and supporting a high-performing care team
- Overseeing assessments, care planning and service delivery
- Building strong relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals and commissioners
- Supporting service growth through referrals, partnerships and local engagement
- Monitoring service performance and implementing improvements where required
