We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual with a passion for building connections and an interest in financial markets to join our team. If you thrive on building relationships, generating ideas, and contributing to engaging content, this role is perfect for you! As our Relationship Executive – Audience Development, you'll play a crucial role in connecting with our investment research audience and growing awareness of Citywire's brand, events, and content. You’ll also travel extensively, engaging face-to-face and online with members of the investment management community in the UK.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Meet with investment professionals across the UK, building relationships and an understanding of the investment management ecosystem, and maintain contact through video calls, phone, and email.
  • Boost awareness and engagement with Citywire's events, websites, research, and more to our audience.
  • Identify and recruit top investment professionals to attend our high-profile events in the UK, and attend events to meet with delegates and perform various duties.
  • Collaborate with our audience to produce features and generate new ideas for future content.

  • Relationship Building: Confident in building relationships, engaging with stakeholders, and pitching ideas persuasively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Pressure Management: Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

  • Initiative: Self-starting attitude and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
