Weβre looking for a motivated Production Assistant to join our dynamic and multiskilled Production team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across publishing and digital media in a global company. One-year fixed contract (maternity cover).
Responsibilities
- Overseeing the production of our digital publications, from planning and scheduling to delivery, coordinating with designers, editors, sales teams, and technical colleagues.
- Assisting the digital advertising team by preparing email newsletters and setting up campaigns across our websites.
Qualifications
- Interest in Publishing & Digital Media: A genuine interest in publishing, technology, and digital media trends.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, including placements or internships would be beneficial.
- Initiative & Attention to Detail: An adaptable learner with strong initiative and a keen eye for detail.
- Organisation & Project Management: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Communication & Relationship-Building: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Software Skills (Desirable): Comfortable using tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Excel and Google Suite.
- CMS Experience (Desirable): Familiarity with content management systems.
- HTML Knowledge (Desirable): Basic understanding of HTML for digital publishing tasks.
